📘❓ What is an interactive notebook booklet?
It is a new educational standard that combines the theory of a book, the practice of programming, and the experimentation of a laboratory. You can run the notebook without modifying the theory, write in its markdown cells, execute code, make changes without saving them, and reset to the original code at any time.

🇨🇳 What about China's strategy (DeepSeek, Origin Pilot, Wuyue)?
China is aggressively developing its own quantum operating systems (Origin Pilot, Wuyue) and AI models (DeepSeek) to break Western dominance and establish a Chinese-led global standard. The strategy is twofold: first, achieve technological self-sufficiency to bypass US/EU sanctions; second, create a parallel quantum ecosystem that could undercut American and European quantum cloud services with cheaper, state-backed alternatives. However, like their Western counterparts, these Chinese OSs remain local, hardware‑specific, and require expert programming. They are not designed for mass adoption nor for end‑users. DeepSeek's open‑source AI approach hints at a similar quantum play: release basic tools for free to capture developers, then lock enterprises into a proprietary Chinese stack. None of them is building a neutral, cloud‑native, app‑centric ecosystem that works across all vendors. That is exactly what QCOL does – a truly open, hardware‑agnostic platform for the entire world.
